To start, I will need to know what "you need". Things like what you want the project to look like in the end, what you have so far, if you have a critical deadline, and pretty much anything else you can tell me about the project. This information can easily be included in the "Contact Me" page. Once I receive your information I will contact you to clarify your needs and ask any questions I may have. It may take more than conversation as I feel it is very important to fully understand what you need. This way I can give you an accurate quote and deliver the solution you are looking for.
Once I believe I understand the scope of your project, I will send you a quote with specific pricing. I will include all the information you need to make a decision like: cost, how long it will take, and payment terms. All quotes expire after two (2) weeks.
For most custom Excel projects two (2) payments are required. A deposit (down payment) which is typically 1/2 of the project cost and the balance which is due on completion. If changes that increase the development time become necessary, an updated quote will be created. If changes are small I may just go ahead and complete the project with the changes. However, that will be at my discretion based on the scope of the change. If a new quote is needed, we will proceed in the same manner as with an initial quote approval.
When the scope of the project cannot be known work is done on a hourly bases. Discounts are available for prepaid blocks of time.
